The issue is more nuanced (as are most issues) and troll questions and one off comments never appreciate that nuance. In reality, the Eucharists is sort of a prize for being good. You get to participate and obtain further purification by partaking in the body and blood of Christ. In order to do so, you must confess and reconcile your sins. Part of the reconciliation is a desire to not sin. The problem presented by Biden (or other issues like divorced Catholics etc.) is that they willing continue in that sin. When it comes to abortion, there are three possible reactions for politicians or leaders. Actively work against abortion. Passively accept the legality of abortion. Actively work to promote abortion. The problem with Biden and Pelosi is that they seem to be pursing option 3. When you push to use taxpayer money to fund abortions, when you seek to have late term abortions normalized, and pursue other such policies with the intent to make abortion more available and prevalent, that is active promotion. They are not simply passively accepting that abortion is legal and their role in the government. They are actively promoting sinful activity. The church really should NOT tolerate that. There is nothing wrong or illegal with the Church using its influence for the greater good. That is one reason tyrannical regimes fear the Church. China routinely abducts priest on the eve of major Church feasts. Priests in Africa are frequently abducted and tortured. Christs Church on earth has endured for 2000 years because it is willing to stand against the sinfulness of secular and heathen cultures. One of the ways it does this, is deny its blessing (so to speak) to those that abuse their power.
