How do I get glowing healthy skin?
This is a picture of me without any make-up save a lipstick and without any filters. I think that I have a healthy skin and I often receive compliments on my skin. When it comes to taking care of my skin, I have stuck to one formula: Be natural. I find that the below points have always helped me with my skin in the long run: Drink lots of water Apply least amount of makeup on your face. There is no need to sculpt' your face or make your face look any different than what it is. You should embrace all the beauty you have, with much pride. Make up is anyway a superficial solution, something that you need to apply again and again every single day. Yes, you guessed it right, I don't see a point in applying chemicals to your face everyday and ruining it for life. Eat a balanced diet. Now, coming to the rather 'short-term' points: Keep your face clean. If you have oily skin, apply alove vera on your face. It will instantly brighten your face and keep it safe from acne (the best part, its natural! :)) Always apply sunscreen when you go out during the day. You can also apply a few drops of light oils such as almond oil or jojoba oil to your face inorder to get that extra glow!
